Terms of use
Effective October 2, 2026
In short: the game is free for personal play. You’re welcome to stream it and make videos, even monetized ones; please credit the game. Don’t copy, resell or redistribute it. Your progress lives in your browser and can be lost. This summary is only for convenience; the full terms below are what apply.
1. Who we are
The game (Kicklock) and our website, neonmeadows.com, are run by Neon Meadows LLC (“we” or “us”), a Nevada limited liability company based in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. Contact: support@neonmeadows.com.
2. Accepting these terms
By playing the game or using our website, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t play. If you’re under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, please read these terms with a parent or guardian.
3. The game is free
The game is free to play. This version has no purchases and no ads.
4. Your license to play
We give you a personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to play the game, which we can end if you break these terms. This doesn’t limit streaming and videos, which section 7 allows, including monetized ones.
5. What you can’t do
Except where the law allows it or these terms say otherwise, don’t copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the game or any of its content, including its moves, outfits, art and code.
6. What we own
The game, including its moves, outfits, art, code and names, belongs to Neon Meadows LLC. These terms don’t give you ownership of any of it, and we keep all rights we don’t expressly grant here.
7. Streaming and videos
You’re welcome to stream the game and make videos of it, including monetized ones, on any platform. You don’t need to ask us first. Please credit the game, for example by naming it and linking to it.
8. Your music
The game can dance to songs you add from your own device, or to music you tap along with. Only use music you have the right to play. Songs you add stay on your device, aren’t uploaded, and aren’t part of the game. The game itself ships no music other than its own beat, made in your browser.
9. Copyright and trademark complaints
If you believe something in the game or on our website infringes your copyright, trademark or other rights, email support@neonmeadows.com with a description of your work, where the material appears, your contact details, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorized. We’ll review every complaint and reply.
10. Purchases
There are no purchases in this version of the game. If we add purchases later, they’ll come with separate terms of sale.
11. Changes to the game and your progress
We may change, update or stop offering the game, in whole or in part, at any time. Your progress is stored only in your browser, so it can be lost, for example if you clear your browser’s data, play in a private window, or switch browsers or devices. We can’t restore lost progress.
12. No warranties
To the extent the law allows, the game and our website are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that the game will always be available or free of bugs.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Neon Meadows LLC isn’t liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost progress or data, arising from your use of the game or our website.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit, or affects mandatory consumer rights you have where you live, for example in the European Union or under Brazil’s Consumer Defense Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor).
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, subject to the mandatory consumer rights described in section 13.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll post the new version on this page with a new effective date. If you keep playing after that, the updated terms apply.
